Had beep test today and my current record is Lvl 12 shuttles 2. It has been quite a while since I last ran like this. Almost 5yrs back since I left the school's cross-country team. Those were the times. Basketball and cross-country training at alternative days. That is why i'm so thin la!

If life were as simple as secondary school time, it would be great. Schedules are very hard to juggle now because of projects and work, life sux man.
